Job Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design, core module development, and continuous iteration of the company's H5 platform and admin systems, ensuring high stability and cross-browser compatibility.
Continuously optimize the frontend architecture for peak performance, robust security, and seamless maintainability.
Contribute to frontend engineering standards, develop reusable component systems, and drive scalable development practices across the team.
Proactively identify product gaps, UX friction points, and technical risks before they impact users, proposing and implementing actionable solutions.
Explore and integrate AI-assisted workflows and modern frontend tooling into the engineering process to boost velocity and quality.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of Front-end Development experience
Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+, CSS3, Redux / Mobx / Zustand, and modern frontend engineering practices.
Extensive experience with SSR applications, with a deep understanding of rendering lifecycles, hydration mechanisms, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience in writing robust automated tests, including Unit tests and End-to-End tests.
Extensive hands-on experience in frontend troubleshooting/problem diagnosis (e.g., memory leaks, production outages, complex bug root-cause analysis) and web performance optimization.
Thrive in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment with the ability to think big and look beyond just implementation details.
Passionate about technology, with a strong curiosity for emerging AI-driven engineering workflows and new technical trends.
Will Be Advantages:
Experience in AI Agent development or successful deployment of AI applications in real-world business scenarios.
Experience in Fintech or high-security applications, with knowledge of anti-debugging techniques and sensitive string protection.
Experience in building hybrid mobile applications.
Hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile development using Flutter / React Native (iOS & Android).
Familiar with frontend pipeline system design and automated delivery workflows.
