What you'll be doing:
Responsible for overall work of the Indonesian Deputy Quality Manager module for general projects, developing work plans and objective;
Organize the team to accomplish tasks, supervising progress and quality?
Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve work issues?
Report work progress and propose improvement suggestions?
Responsible for team building and personnel management
What we're looking for:
Familiar with Indonesian laws, regulations, cultural customs, and language (native Indonesian);
Basic Chinese communication skills (oral and written), able to collaborate with Chinese staff;
Physically healthy, able to adapt to project work environment and schedule; no adverse employment records, no violations of laws or regulations;
Experience in large-scale integrated projects is preferred; multi-module collaboration skills are an advantage; bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as management, engineering, or business;
More than 5 years of work experience in related positions, including at least 3 years in management roles; strong team management and cross-department coordination skills;
Familiar with business processes and standard specifications in relevant fields; ability to independently solve complex problems and handle emergencies.
