Kualifikasi

1. Lulusan minimal Diploma/Sarjan di Juruan Teknik Jaringan/Teknik informatika

2. Pengalaman min 1 tahun sebagai IT Support atau posisi yang sejenis

3. Terbiasa instalasi/ konfigurasi/ /troubleshoot : OS (windows 10/11, Ubuntu) beserta aplikasi pendukung (email client, browser, networking, user management, dll).

4. Terbiasa dengan penggunaan mediawiki, ip address management tools.

5. Lebih disukai memiliki pengetahuan konfigurasi/instalasi sistem surveilance, sistem WiFi, basic networking IPv4.
