HEAD OF TRANSLATOR (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

工作职责：

• 负责普通话、印尼语和英语的文件、会议、运营沟通和高管讨论的翻译和口译工作。

• 领导和发展翻译/口译团队，包括分配任务、监控进度、维护翻译标准和进行质量审核。

• 为总监和总经理提供多语种沟通、业务协调、外派人员管理以及双语报告和演示文稿的准备支持。

• 与跨部门团队协作，促进中国专家与本地员工之间的有效沟通，包括为生产、工程和运营活动提供支持。

• 确保翻译的准确性、保密性，并符合公司标准，同时使用翻译工具和办公软件持续改进翻译工作流程。

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage translation and interpretation activities for documents, meetings, operational communications, and executive discussions in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.

• Lead and develop translator/interpreter teams by assigning tasks, monitoring timelines, maintaining translation standards, and conducting quality reviews.

• Support Directors and General Managers in multilingual communication, business coordination, chinese employee administration, and preparation of bilingual reports and presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate effective communication between Chinese experts and local employees, including support for production, engineering, and operational activities.

• Ensure translation accuracy, confidentiality, compliance with company standards, and continuous improvement of translation workflows using translation tools and office software.

职位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，汉语、翻译、语言学或相关专业，至少3-5年翻译/口译经验，制造业经验者优先。

• 精通汉语、印尼语和英语，口语和书面表达能力俱佳；HSK五级及以上者优先。

• 熟悉技术/制造行业术语，熟练掌握Microsoft Office办公软件和翻译工具。

• 具备优秀的沟通、领导和管理能力，能够支持跨部门协作和团队管理。

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, Translation, Linguistics, or related field with minimum 3–5 years of experience as a translator/interpreter, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Fluent in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English, both spoken and written; HSK Level 5 or above is preferred.

• Strong understanding of technical/manufacturing terminology with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and translation tools.

• Possess strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills to support cross-functional coordination and team management.
