We're looking for an Ad Operations Intern who is eager to learn, analytical, and excited to gain hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
As an Ad Operations Intern, you'll work alongside experienced digital marketers to:
Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, and other advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Support campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative implementation.
Prepare campaign reports and turn data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute client requirements.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform best practices.
What We're Looking For
Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related fields are a plus).
Strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Shopee Ads is an advantage.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Jakarta and available for a hybrid working arrangement.
Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
