Position Overview

Are you a highly organized and proactive Marketing professional with hands-on experience in trading operations and events coordination? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong exposure in government coordination and events management.

If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoy turning plans into well-executed marketing activities — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva for basic photo editing and visual content creation

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for marketing requirements

• Handle trading-related documentation, monitoring, and coordination with suppliers

• Liaise with government agencies for permits, compliance requirements, and event clearances

• Support end-to-end events management (conceptualization, logistics, supplier coordination, and post-event documentation)

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution

• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

• At least 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in trading, events management, or government coordination

• Experience in securing permits and working with LGUs and government agencies is highly preferred

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision
