Job Description:

1. Memastikan kebutuhan setiap divisi terpenuhi

2. Melakukan negosiasi dengan supplier dan memastikan setiap pembelian disetujui oleh managemen

3. Memastikan barang yang dibeli datang tepat waktu dan sesuai kesepakatan

4. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan supplier

5. Memastikan dokumentasi pembelian dan pembayaran berjalan dengan baik

Qualification:

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi atau sejenis

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun sebagai Purchasing di Perusahaan Food and Beverage

3. Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan supplier / vendor

4. Mampu berbahasa inggris secara aktif dan pasif

5. Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan e-commerce luar negeri, seperti alibaba, amazon, dll

6. Memiliki kemampuan MS. Office dan system PO

7. Jujur, teliti dan bertanggung jawab
