MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER (Baguio-based)

About the role

As the Marketing Communications Officer at Azalea Hotels & Residences (Baguio and Boracay), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's marketing and communications strategy. In this full-time position based in Baguio City, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing innovative marketing and communications plans to promote Azalea Hotels' products and services

• Creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including the company website, social media platforms, press releases, and promotional materials

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints

• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, and using insights to optimise future strategies

• Identifying and leveraging new marketing opportunities to reach and engage the target audience

• Collaborating with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing deliverables

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

• Experience in a marketing communications role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

• Strong creative and analytical skills, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
