VALLEE EXECUTIVE SEARCH is expanding its presence in Jakarta, Indonesia. We're looking for a Recruitment Operations & Research Intern to support our team across database management, talent mapping, and candidate assessment activities.
Your responsibilities include:
Database Management & Compliance (70%)
Verifying, structuring, and updating candidate profiles within our internal CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date records for ongoing and upcoming searches.
Assisting in organizing market data and candidate profiles by industry sector and seniority level to support the consulting team.
Maintaining the internal database in full alignment with data privacy and protection guidelines.
Candidate Assessment & Consulting Shadowing (30%)
Attending structured interviews conducted by senior consultants to learn executive screening and evaluation techniques.
Drafting candidate interview summaries and profile notes for client submissions.
Progressively taking ownership of initial short qualification calls as training advances.
Your profile:
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Prior experience or exposure in HR, recruitment, or administration is an advantage, but not a must
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
