Job Description:
- Help account planning AM team (Research, identification issues, analysis and planning projection).
- Help to reach out to Talenta users to collect installment payments in accordance with the agreed contract.
- Initiate and support strategic efforts for business expansion and customer reactivation.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support Account Management operations.
- Support Account Managers in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and effective product adoption process.
- Monitor client accounts, track product usage, and collect feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct research on customer industries, competitors, and market trends to provide actionable insights for the team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and account management processes.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus.
