Full Stack Developer - Homebased

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a "frontend-first" mindset to join our team. You won't just be building functional interfaces; you’ll be crafting immersive digital experiences. The ideal candidate treats web development as an art form, utilizing Next.js for performance and GSAP to bring static designs to life with complex, performant animations. On the backend, you’ll be responsible for managing our headless CMS architecture via Strapi, ensuring that data flows seamlessly to the frontend while maintaining a clean, scalable API structure.

Responsibilities:

• Architect Immersive Frontends: Build high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications using Next.js and React.

• Motion Design & Interaction: Implement complex, scroll-triggered, and state-based animations using GSAP (GreenSock) that remain fluid across all devices.

• Headless CMS Management: Design and maintain content types, components, and API endpoints within Strapi.

• Performance Optimization: Ensure high Core Web Vitals scores, specifically managing the performance overhead of heavy animation libraries.

• Full Stack Integration: Bridge the gap between UI/UX designs and backend logic, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end user journey.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience with React and Next.js, ideally including the App Router.

• Mastery of GSAP (ScrollTrigger, Flip) and optimizing browser rendering to prevent layout thrashing.

• Proficient in managing Strapi or similar platforms and designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• High proficiency in TypeScript, state management (Zustand/Redux), and Tailwind CSS.

• Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, and Shaders (GLSL) (Nice to have)

• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP/Azure/Docker) or Drupal (Nice to have)
