Job Summary:
The Human Resource Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role works closely with HR and department leaders to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and support talent development initiatives aligned with company goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Identify organizational, departmental, and individual training needs through assessments, surveys, and performance reviews
Collaborate with managers and HR teams to align training plans with business objectives
Develop training materials, modules, manuals, and presentations
Design onboarding programs, technical training, soft skills training, and leadership development programs
Ensure training content is engaging, practical, and aligned with company policies and culture
Conduct in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars (both classroom and virtual)
Facilitate interactive learning experiences and encourage employee participation
Manage external training vendors when required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
Proven experience in training, learning & development, or HR
Strong presentation and communication skills
Able to speak, read, and type in English
Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
