Job Description:
1. Graphic Design & Creative Development:
Design marketing collaterals including in-store promotional materials, POSM and display assets.
Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
2. Social Media & Content Support
Design creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Support content production including photo shoots and video shoots.
3. Retail Marketing Support
Coordinate visual materials for store openings, festive campaigns, and events.
Support VM requirements with promotional signage and campaign visuals.
Support operation team with constructional design include store signage, hoarding board, façade display and etc.
4. Vendor & Production Coordination
Source quotations from printing and production vendors.
Coordinate production timelines and quality control of printed materials.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail industry or consumer brand.
Ability to create, adapt, and resize marketing materials for various formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or related design software is preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
