Yukerja Summary
The Organic & Content Manager role at Main Games Indonesia is curated from JobStreet (category Marketing & Penjualan). Note the work location (South Jakarta, Jakarta) before applying. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.
Why this role exists?
Eklipse has meaningful organic search presence, but the gap between where we rank and where we should rank is real. We took a hit from the February 2026 Google core update, branded evaluation queries are being captured by competitors, and our sub-pages and game-specific content are not pulling their load. This role closes that gap — through disciplined content execution, technical SEO hygiene, and data-driven reporting that actually changes what we do.
Role summary:
Own organic traffic growth and SEO-driven user acquisition end to end. Accountable for branded and non-branded organic performance, content output, and subpage/LP portfolio expansion. Translates SEO performance into measurable acquisition outcomes.
Core responsibilities:
Organic growth and acquisition - Grow total organic sessions and non-branded clicks/impressions quarter over quarter - Defend and grow branded organic share; actively monitor and respond to competitor SERP incursions — including editorial content targeting branded evaluation queries (e.g. “eklipse review,” “eklipse alternatives”) - Improve organicto-signup conversion rate by landing directory and intent type.
Content marketing - Set content roadmap by topic cluster, search demand, and LTV per directory - Manage production pipeline — volume, quality gates, publishing cadence Maintain topical authority; prevent cannibalization and content decay - Own game-specific pages (/games directory) and utility tool pages as primary organic traffic drivers; these are the highest-surface-area, highest-risk SEO assets on the site.
Subpage, help-page, and LP management - Drive incremental subpage growth: net new indexed, ranking, and converting pages - Maintain and optimize help-pages and landing pages for ranking and CVR - Run technical and on-page hygiene: indexation, internal linking, schema, Core Web Vitals.
Monitoring and reporting - Build and maintain dashboards for traffic, rankings, indexation, and conversion (GSC, Ahrefs, Superset) - Deliver a weekly SEO pulse to the team: biggest ranking changes, content opportunities, competitor SERP moves, recommended actions with named owners - Report performance against targets; separate trend from noise; segment before concluding - Run post-mortems on ranking drops, traffic anomalies, and algorithm updates.
Key metrics:
Organic sessions and non-branded clicks (growth % QoQ) Branded vs. non-branded organic split and share of voice on evaluation queries Net new ranking and converting subpages per period Organic CVR and CAC by directory Organic NRU contribution (signups attributed to organic) Indexation coverage and content velocity.
Requirements:
3+ years in SEO and content marketing with demonstrated output ownership — not strategy consulting, execution
Proven record scaling organic traffic and content volume with retained quality
Technical SEO competence: crawl, index, site architecture, schema markup Analytics fluency: GA4, GSC, rank tracking, SQL/dashboarding — required, not optional; you’ll work directly in Superset alongside the data team
Demonstrated ability to separate correlation from causation in reporting; conclusions come from segmented data, not surface-level trends
Can write clean content yourself — you’re not waiting for a writer for every brief
Comfortable with basic HTML and CMS management
Nice to have:
Experience in gaming, creator economy, or streaming-adjacent products
Familiarity with structured data beyond basic schema
Experience briefing or managing freelance writers
