Position Summary
The Senior Executive, Brand Strategy is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role works closely with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, PR, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners on campaign development and brand-related projects.
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, events, and brand activation activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key brand and marketing metrics.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
