About the Job
Job Description:
Manage administrative tasks related to the research project, especially for Cardiology research
Ensure research processes strictly follow study protocols and maintain accurate data collection from all sources.
Recruit participants, provide comprehensive information about the project, and serve as the primary contact person for study participants.
Coordinate effectively with the study team, including doctors, lab analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff.
Prepare and submit regular reports on study activities to the CRS team.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Medicine
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
A deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English; is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Open to work in a team work & individual; to organize a team or a group of trials participants.
Responsive, creative, and adaptable to manage changes and solving problems.
Willing to be placed in Siloam Jakarta Area.
