Job Description :
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate has experience handling social media accounts for a brand, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and interacting with audiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand’s communication strategy.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive engagement with online communities and followers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop social media campaigns.
- Track social media performance, analyze insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.
- Ensure all content and interactions are aligned with the brand voice and guidelines.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or company.
- Proven experience in community management, including handling comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
