RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
Recommending local attractions, activities, and dining options to enhance the guest experience
Coordinating and arranging various guest services, such as transportation, reservations, and concierge requests
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions and services provided
Collaborating with the broader team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
REQUIREMENTS :
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a concierge or front desk capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of popular attractions, activities, and dining options
A professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine interest in providing a memorable guest experience
