Job Description
• Communicate with customers through email, Microsoft Teams meetings, and WhatsApp (as required)
• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) from GMA customers, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled and all documentation is complete
• Coordinate and create Stock Transfer Orders (STO) and Sales Orders (SO) for Intercompany OUs (UK & Africa)
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and third-party suppliers to ensure shipment alignment and document completeness
• Consolidate demand forecasts from OUs during Week 1 of each month
• Collect and consolidate monthly Supply Chain reports for global reporting purposes
• Prepare and monitor Customer Service Level (CSL) reports for export activities
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of the Order-to-Invoice process
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing Export Customer Service operations, preferably in an FMCG company
• Experience as a Customer Service professional specializing in international trading/export operations
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing Order-to-Invoice processes for Intercompany OUs and GMA customers
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
• Agile, collaborative, and possess strong communication skills
