About the role
We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our growing development team. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects whilst contributing to the development of cutting-edge software solutions. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining applications that serve our diverse client base. This position is integral to our continued success and growth in an increasingly competitive technology landscape.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using current programming languages and frameworks
Participate in the SDLC from requirements gathering and analysis through to deployment and maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Proficiency in languages such as C/C++, Rust, .NET, JavaScript etc.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical challenges
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools is added advantage
