About the role
We are looking for an Event Creative Designer (2D/3D) to join our commercial team. This role will turn client briefs and planner strategies into strong event concepts, compelling proposal decks, key visuals, and 2D/3D event environments.
Responsibilities
Brainstorm with planners and commercial team to develop event concepts and experience flow.
Design proposal decks (storyline, moodboards, layouts, key visuals, 2D/3D visuals).
Create event key visuals and branding (backdrops, signage, social media assets, etc.).
Develop 2D layouts and 3D renders for stages, booths, entrances, and experience areas.
Coordinate with production and vendors to ensure designs are realistic, on budget, and executable.
Revise designs based on feedback and occasionally support on-site checks.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience in events, brand activation, or exhibitions (e.g. 2–4 years).
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (InDesign is a plus).
Proficient in 3D software (e.g. SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender – choose what you use).
Good understanding of event production (materials, construction, printing, venue layout).
Creative, detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
Work arrangement
Full-time, hybrid (Jakarta based – willing to work from office and attend event sites as needed).
