Kualifikasi :
1. 10 Years of experience on well testing
2. Bachelor degree on Petroleum Engineering, Machine Engineering or related
3. Proven track record in both exploration well testing and standard production testing
4. Valid BNSP certification for Gas Tester Operator
5. Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) at supervisor level
Job Desk
1. Direct and supervise complete erig-up, pressure testing, operation and rig-down of Surface Well Testing equipment
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and process control issues on-site to minimuze downtime
3. Ensure all operation equipment and measuring instruments have valid certifications and have undergone their regularly scheduled calibrations before use
4. Ensure accurate measurement, calculation, and recording of gas, oil, and water flow rates
5. Supervise the collection of fluid samples (PVT, dead oil, gas) according to client
6. Prepare and submit accurate, timely field documentation, including daily operations, reports, field tickets, and final well test reports
7. Conduct daily toolbox meeting, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and lead routine safety walkthroughs
8. Ensure all safety equipment, including personel gas detector, is calibratedm functional, and properly deployed
9. Lead the initial response to any operational emergencies, well control incidents, or H1S alarms.
10. As primary point of contact between service company and client representative at the wellsite
