Dogville Bali is currently seeking a Branch Manager for one of our branch at Kerobokan, Badung, Bali. We are an exclusive dog services and hotels that is growing and seeking creative people to grow together as a team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement effective operational and administrative strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of the branch.
Monitoring the schedules of staff, incoming clients and users, revenue of the branch, and the facility of the branch.
Ensure monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
Actively engage with clients, distributors, sponsors, and partners, conducting regular meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor sales progress, ensuring it aligns with predetermined targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
Creating strategies to maintain high quality of services from the operational of Dogville.
Regularly forecast sales and budgets, reporting progress to management.
Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, administration, operations) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office managers/branch managers/GM/business development, especially in the hospitality sector.
Expertise in adapting to both clients’ demands and market trends.
Understanding the flow of the operational system and finding the most efficient apps, systems, and communication for the internal team.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a record of goals achieved.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-division.
Have the creativity and adaptability to grow an early-entry company.
