Dogville Bali is currently seeking a Branch Manager for one of our branch at Kerobokan, Badung, Bali. We are an exclusive dog services and hotels that is growing and seeking creative people to grow together as a team!


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement effective operational and administrative strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of the branch.

  • Monitoring the schedules of staff, incoming clients and users, revenue of the branch, and the facility of the branch.

  • Ensure monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and business opportunities.

  • Actively engage with clients, distributors, sponsors, and partners, conducting regular meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Monitor sales progress, ensuring it aligns with predetermined targets and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Creating strategies to maintain high quality of services from the operational of Dogville.

  • Regularly forecast sales and budgets, reporting progress to management.

  • Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, administration, operations) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office managers/branch managers/GM/business development, especially in the hospitality sector.

  • Expertise in adapting to both clients’ demands and market trends.

  • Understanding the flow of the operational system and finding the most efficient apps, systems, and communication for the internal team.

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a record of goals achieved.

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-division.

  • Have the creativity and adaptability to grow an early-entry company.
