Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field)
Minimum 3 years of QC/QA experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS).
Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality analysis tools.

Job Responsibilities
Control process parameters and product quality.
Lead quality abnormality investigation and corrective actions.
Drive process optimization and quality control improvements.
Handle customer complaints, including technical analysis and cross-functional investigation.
Review customer requirements and quality specifications.
Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer requirements
