Kualifikasi:
⦁ Pria usia maksimal 45 tahun.
⦁ Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, Manajemen Operasi, atau setara.
⦁ Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Produksi atau 2 tahun sebagai Kepala Produksi/Asisten Kepala Produksi.
⦁ Menguasai perencanaan produksi, pengendalian inventori, dan target output.
⦁ Familiar dengan sistem mutu dan K3.
⦁ Mampu menggunakan MS Office (Excel)
⦁ Memiliki sertifikasi Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt) lebih disukai.
⦁ Leadership kuat, tegas, solutif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
⦁ Bersedia bekerja shift (pagi/malam) dan lembur sesuai kebutuhan produksi.
