Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. (Bachelor from Binus/Untar/Trisakti is preferred, these are well known for finance graduates)
Experience minimum 1-2 years of experience in securities company, financial institution, or capital market industry.
Experience in regulatory reporting to OJK and IDX is preferred.
Familiarity with retail brokerage operations and margin facilities is an advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical capability.
Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
Able to interpret regulations and translate them into operational implementation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized.
Analytical thinker with strong curiosity and critical mindset.
Understands the purpose behind reports — not merely process-driven.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Able to work independently and collaborate across functions.
Willingness to work on a contract basis
Key Responsibility
Coordinate daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow
Branch Committee Meeting & Regional Meeting Reports
Prepare complete and accurate decks/reports with strong follow-up to stakeholders. Manage and make sure end-to-end process run smoothly (scheduling, collecting data, creating reports, creating minutes of meeting).
Create and maintain accurate governance documents. Quick TAT with accuracy and 100% understanding of the document.
Accurate drafts and updates for communication, supporting smooth coordination and ensuring the supervisor has complete information before presentations/reporting time.
Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and regulations
Support audit preparation and documentation
