Job Descriptions :
- Develop visual concepts and designs from initial creation to final revisions for social media content, branding, packaging, marketing materials, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational team to design creative assets for campaign, ads, promotions, as well as packaging designs for products and product launches.
- Up to date with design trend and beauty industry
- Manage and organize design files, assisting with project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Ensure all designs are consistent with Harlette’s visual guidelines and aesthetic
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Multimedia, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of basic design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus.
- Good communication skills and adaptive
- Willing to work WFO in Gading Serpong
