Perencanaan Produksi  Steel        • Merencanakan alokasi SDM, mesin, material dan cara kerja agar dapat mencapai target produksi steel Pengendalian Produksi Steel    • Mengawasi dan mengendalikan proses produksi sesuai dengan Order Kerja Produksi (OKP).    • Mengontrol kinerja foreman, skilled operator  ( SO ), dan Operator dalam melakukan aktivitas proses produksiAdministrasi    • Menerima laporan Bukri Masuk Barang (BMB) dan Bukti Keluar Barang (BKB) hasil produksi steel    • Memeriksa dan mengotorisasi pembuatan Bukti Masuk Barang ( BMB) dan Bukti Barang Keluar ( BKB ) hasil produksi steel    • Melaporkan hasil produksi steel ( harian, mingguan, bulanan, tahunan) kepada atasan    • Mengarsipkan dokumen steelKontrol Stock Work In Process ( WIP )    • Memeriksa dan menganalisa laporan produksi steel    • Melaporkan hasil produksi ke bagian marketing
