About the Role
PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will support the company's human resources operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and policy implementation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture while supporting the growth of our hospitality business.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Handle HR administration and maintain employee records.
- Prepare employment-related documents (contracts, confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc.).
- Support payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Assist in employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance review and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS is an advantage.
