1. Front Office Operations
Supervise daily Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Service, Bell Service, and Concierge.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Monitor room availability, room allocation, and guest requests.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
2. Guest Service
Provide exceptional guest service and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
Follow up on guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
3. Team Supervision
Supervise and support Front Office staff during shifts.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate important hotel information.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
4. Reservation & Revenue Support
Coordinate with Reservations and Sales departments regarding bookings and group arrivals.
Monitor room inventory and upselling opportunities.
Ensure accurate room rates and billing procedures are applied.
Assist in maximizing room revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
