We are a premium yacht charter operator delivering exclusive nautical experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our market presence and drive yacht bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Charter Sales: Develop creative strategies to maximize yacht bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Client & Broker Relations: Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and charter brokers.
- End-to-End Booking: Manage the entire booking process—from initial inquiry, contracting, and payments, to high-end concierge services.
- Partnerships & Insights: Form strategic alliances with luxury service providers and analyze market trends to optimize pricing and packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Experience in yacht charter, luxury travel, or the maritime industry is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and work flexible hours during peak seasons.
