What You’ll Do
Data Report and Analysis, create and analyze Sales Data Report from CRM. Build a dashboards (AI Automation), track conversion rates and monthly sales performance and propose actionable improvements.
Program Management, design and manage a motivational program, including monthly additional incentive schemes (outside primary incentive), additional reward mechanisms (your creativity), budget control (several million) , and motivational engagement materials (chatGPT poster, sales quote) to drive team sales performance
Mandarin Communication, with the headquarters’ operations team and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth local sales operations
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Mandarin Speaker We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Self-starter, ownership, data-driven, detail-oriented, eager to learn
Minimum Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or any data related degree is preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or user growth.
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel / CRM / BI tools.
