Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Zero Collar, Blue Collar, and White Collar positions expecially position receptionist, cleaning service, security
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and walk-in applicants)
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules, selection processes, and hiring decisions with stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Ensure recruitment timelines are met in line with operational needs
- Support onboarding processes and pre-employment administration when required
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract qualified and reliable talent
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience sourcing gondolaman/teknisi and from outsourcing or facility management, services industry is a strong advantage
- Proven hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably handling high-volume hiring
- Familiar with recruitment for operational and non-operational roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven
