JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborating with Parents, Psychologist and the other Teachers to achieve successful learning goals
Working along with Teachers to follow the student individualized education plan
Helping student to focus and understand learning material (projects, test and assignments)
Developing behavior management strategies
Encouraging a student to have an active interaction with peers
Reviewing a student's developmental progress
Monitoring interaction between students
QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge in handling Special Needs Students
1+ year experience would be prioritized
Actively using English both for speaking and writing
Have the heart to assist and guide Special Needs Student
Understanding authority guideline between teacher and student in School setting
Critical thinking skill and have the ability to create fun learning experience
Have the ability to work independently or in a team setting
Willing to be placed in PIK 2, Jakarta Utara
