What you’ll do:

To Provide Technical & Commercial Support to Team Member on Proposal and Project Pursuit

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements
  2. Sell assigned services platforms to targeted customers in designated geography with the objective of optimizing volume, mix, and profitability
  3. Build lasting relationships with key customers within assigned geography to enhance long term business prospects
  4. Support all aspects of the relationship with assigned Contractors/OEM’s/Distributors/ Consultants/System Integrators within the assigned area of responsibility. Call on consultants regularly to promote specification of Eaton products in projects
  5. Calling on electrical engineers at related consulting firms across the assigned sales territory to assist with technical design and position Eaton related products in a preferred position
  6. Act as pre-sales “technical consultant” to identify and present the appropriate Eaton solutions to target customers
  7. To Provide Technical & Commercial Support to Team Member on Proposal and Project Pursuit
  8. Execute all phases of the selling process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
  9. Prepare and present sales proposals based on customer need and expectations
  10. Create and deliver sales presentations to deliver compelling value proposition of our service offerings
  11. Provide on-going support to target customers as they upgrade their facilities to insure customer satisfaction and garner new business.
  12. Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits

Qualifications:

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree


• 5–10 years of relevant experience

• Significant electrical product and services knowledge


• Knowledge of power distribution products and solutions (low voltage and medium voltage systems), as well as control and electrical design. Knowledge of ANSI/NEMA switchgear is an added advantage

• Significant experience in utilizing value-added selling techniques

• Strong presentation, training, and communication skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written)


• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in spoken Chinese is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to work well within a team


• Takes initiative and instills confidence in peers and customers

• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Strong organizational and time management skills with close attention to detail


• Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances

• Strong commitment to delivering value to the business and customers
