  • Liaise with clients and manage internal projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Access to 24/7 high speed Internet.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in a project management capacity within a startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to managing diverse tasks.
  • Proficient in digital technology and project management tools.
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

The employee will be able to work from anywhere in Lebanon.
