- Mendukung seluruh kegiatan promosi offline maupun online

- Mengelola konten media sosial perusahaan (Instagram, Tiktok, dll)

- Menangani chat pelanggan (WhatsApp, media sosial serta administrasi customer)

- Membuat dan mendukung kebutuhan konten promosi (Copywriting, Voice Over, dan Talent Video)

- Merencanakan kalender konten digital 

- Membuat laporan performa marketing secara berkala

- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk pembuatan materi promosi digital

- Mendukung kegiatan event yang di selenggarakan perusahaan (Pameran, Franchise Expo)
