What you'll be doing
Conducting legal research and analysis to support our attorneys on various legal matters
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda
Assisting with client communications and meeting preparation
Participating in team meetings and discussions to gain a deeper understanding of the legal process
Providing administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in law or a related field
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and synthesize complex legal information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work well in a team environment
