A. Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  1. Memimpin dan mengelola seluruh aktivitas Clinical Research Unit Mandaya Hospital Group

  2. Mengembangkan strategi penelitian klinis sesuai dengan visi dan standar rumah sakit

  3. Memastikan seluruh penelitian berjalan sesuai regulasi, etika, dan Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

  4. Mengawasi proses pengajuan, pelaksanaan, hingga pelaporan studi klinis

  5. Mengembangkan kemitraan dengan institusi riset, universitas, dan industri farmasi

  6. Melakukan monitoring kualitas dan compliance terhadap seluruh kegiatan penelitian

B. Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S2 (Magister) Kedokteran, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Biomedis, Farmasi

  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5–7 tahun di bidang clinical research / research management

  3. Memahami regulasi penelitian klinis di Indonesia (BPOM, Kemenkes, etik penelitian)

  4. Memiliki sertifikasi GCP (Good Clinical Practice) menjadi nilai tambah

  5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan stakeholder management yang kuat

  6. Berpengalaman dalam mengelola tim dan project berskala besar
