Position Summary
As a KZMALL Battery Sales Specialist, you act as a local expert, using our digital platform to provide fast, precise power solutions to repair shops in your assigned territory. We are seeking four specialists, one for each location: Jakarta, Serpong, Serang, and Bogor/Bekasi.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Consulting: Advise clients on battery specifications (capacity, CCA, compatibility) for specific vehicle makes and models.
• Sales Execution: Drive growth in the battery category by managing local orders and upselling premium products.
• Order Management: Utilize our digital platform to process orders and ensure timely delivery of battery units to shops.
• Relationship Building: Serve as the go-to partner for local mechanics, building trust through reliable service and expertise.
Requirements
• Essential: Documented experience specifically in car battery sales or automotive electrical components.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
• Proficiency with digital ordering/management platforms.
• Residency: Must currently live in or be local to the assigned territory (Jakarta, Tangerang, Serang, or Bogor/Depok).
