Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE requirements on site.
Conduct daily safety inspections and safety toolbox meetings.
Monitor work permits, PPE usage, and high-risk activities.
Prepare HSE reports, incident records, and safety documentation.
Coordinate safety training and induction for site personnel.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and project HSE standards.
Support emergency response and incident investigation activities.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
Min. 3–5 years of experience as HSE
Fluent in English and have good communication skills.
Familiar with construction site HSE management.
Knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
Familiar with PTW (Permit to Work) system and risk assessment.
Able to conduct safety inspections and incident investigations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
HSE certification is preferred.
Willing be placement to Cikarang/Karawang/Cibitung/BSD.
