**Sticker Designer / Sticker Illustrator Qualifications**
* Male or female, aged 18–35 years old.
* Strong drawing and illustration skills, both traditional and digital.
* Able to create sketches of characters, objects, or illustrations based on provided references.
* Capable of breaking down a single concept or artwork into multiple individual sticker elements.
* Good understanding of composition, proportions, character expressions, and visual storytelling.
* Proficient in design software such as *CMYK software* , Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, or similar tools.
* Skilled in tracing, coloring, creating cut paths, and designing sticker outlines.
* Able to create multiple poses, expressions, and supporting elements within a sticker set.
* Familiar with sticker sheet layouting and efficient arrangement of multiple stickers on a single print sheet.
* Understanding of print production requirements, including dimensions, resolution, bleed, margins, and print-ready file formats.
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of color accuracy and quality control.
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A portfolio showcasing illustrations, sticker designs, character artwork, or merchandise designs is highly preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create initial sketches based on concepts or references provided by the company.
* Develop sketches into finalized illustrations ready for production.
* Separate illustrations into multiple individual sticker elements according to project requirements.
* Design various expressions, poses, and sticker variations within a single sticker collection.
* Arrange all sticker elements into a well-organized, print-ready sticker sheet.
* Prepare production-ready files according to printing specifications.
* Collaborate with the design, marketing, and production teams to ensure high-quality final output.
