Qualification:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs or Facilities Management.

Responsibility:
- Manage daily operation of office buildings and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets & insurance policies.
- Administer the Notebook Ownership Program (NOP) & monitor the lifecycle of notebooks.
- Manage outsourced support staff such as Office Boys (OB), receptionists, and drivers.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to facilities, assets, NOP, and vendor performance.
