  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. Lead sensitive discussions regarding conservation, policy, and community impacts.

  • Community Relations: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with local communities through transparent consultation, ensuring inclusive participation and sustainable economic alignment.

Strategic Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and maintain alignment between government ministries, conservation stakeholders, NGOs, and internal teams.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications Required Experience:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven track record successfully managing FPIC and AMDAL processes.

  • Sector Knowledge: Direct experience working within national parks, forestry management,

  • Market Familiarity: Strong working knowledge and experience with carbon trading mechanisms and regulatory frameworks.

    Required Skills & Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. Due to the global footprint of our company, it is important that you possess exceptional facilitation, mediation, and public speaking skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English required to effectively collaborate across our international teams and markets.

  • Adaptability: Equally comfortable engaging in remote field environments as well as high-level institutional and governmental settings.
