  • Menangani OSS RBA (Perizinan Berusaha & Perizinan Pendukung Usaha)

  • Pengelolaan: NIB, IUP-B, Izin Lingkungan, PKKPR, Kewajiban pelaporan sawit (produksi, kebun, plasma), Kewajiban pelaporan Perindustrian, Perdagangan,dll Mitigasi risiko sanksi administratif & pidana

  • Maintenance data OSS RBA agar valid & sinkron

  • Monitoring dan implementasi: UU Perkebunan, Peraturan Menteri Pertanian

  • Melakukan Legal compliance audit internal, Self-assessment risiko hukum

  • Melakukan persiapan menghadapi Audit regulator, Pemeriksaan KLHK, Kementan, Pemda

  • Monitoring perubahan regulasi: Perkebunan, Lingkungan, Tata ruang, Kawasan Hutan


Requirement :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum

  • Memiliki pengalaman pada posisi Legal Compliance minimal 7 tahun

  • Memiliki pengalaman di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit atau pertambangan merupakan nilai tambah

  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
