As an Operator, you will be responsible for running process and production machines in compliance with our quality management system and our ways of working. You will carry out regular quality checks on both processes and products, while performing routine maintenance in line with procedures. Your role ensures production runs efficiently and effectively, delivering products that consistently meet quality standards and quantity targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operate process and production machinery
Perform quality checks on processes and products
Carry out cleaning and sanitation activities
Conduct regular autonomous maintenance and minor machine repairs
Inspect machines and equipment to support production reliability
Apply and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Key Skills
Strong digital literacy and adaptability
Knowledge of compliance requirements
Understanding of standard production processes
Food safety management expertise
Product quality inspection skills
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) adherence
Ability to perform autonomous maintenance
Qualifications
Fresh graduate or up to 3 year of experience in FMCG production preferred
D4/S1 ideally in Chemical, Chemistry, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
