Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Internal Audit or KTU Palm Oil Plantation Industry.
Strong understanding of plantation and palm oil mill business processes.
Knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in financial analysis, cost auditing, and operational auditing.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Willing to undertake business travel as required.

Job Description:
Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance activities within plantation estates and palm oil mills, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial reporting, operational efficiency, asset safeguarding, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Identify operational risks and provide constructive recommendations for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
Coordinate with Management and relevant business units regarding audit findings and follow-up actions.
