Job Role
The Social Media & Content Manager is a strategic, high-ownership role responsible for transforming premium content into a scalable lead generation engine that directly supports business growth and investment property sales. Rather than focusing solely on content publishing or social media engagement, this position is designed for a commercially driven content strategist who understands how to build high-ticket customer journeys from awareness through conversion.
Working closely with the Founder, management team, and international marketing stakeholders, the successful candidate will create, produce, distribute, and optimize high-performing content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and email marketing channels. The role requires someone capable of combining storytelling, video production, content distribution, and performance analysis to consistently generate qualified investor leads while maintaining the company's premium brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, script, produce, film, and edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Build and manage executive personal branding content for company founders across LinkedIn and other professional channels.
- Produce high-converting creative assets for Meta advertising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Execute a structured content repurposing strategy by transforming one primary content asset into multiple platform-specific formats.
- Create email marketing content, lead nurturing sequences, landing page copy, and conversion-focused marketing materials.
- Optimize thumbnails, headlines, video hooks, retention strategies, and content structure to maximize click-through rates (CTR), watch time, and audience engagement.
- Monitor content performance using analytics and attribution data to measure direct contribution to qualified leads and sales pipeline growth.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to align content initiatives with lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain premium visual identity and brand consistency across all digital platforms and public-facing communications.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Film Production, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in social media management, content production, digital marketing, or video content creation.
- Minimum 2 years operating in a strategic content or marketing leadership capacity.
- Proven experience managing content marketing for luxury brands, real estate, investment products, hospitality, or premium lifestyle businesses.
- Demonstrated experience supporting founder branding, executive personal branding, or high-ticket marketing funnels is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
- Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies, LinkedIn content distribution, Meta platform algorithms, SEO fundamentals, and content performance optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills for digital marketing, email campaigns, and conversion-focused content.
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate content performance metrics into business growth opportunities.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Dutch language proficiency is highly preferred.
