Job Description:

• Support day-to-day operations across E-Commerce, Affiliate, and Supply Chain functions.

• Assist the staff to monitors marketplace performance, inventory, affiliate campaigns, and key business metrics while preparing reports and actionable insights.

• Assist in campaign planning and execution, including promotional activities, e-commerce advertising, and creator collaborations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Manage and maintain operational databases, product information, and administrative documentation.

• Conduct research on marketplace trends, platform updates, and operational improvements to support business growth.
  

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or waiting-to-graduate student from any major (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus) and comfortable working with data.

• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams and able to collaborate effectively.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce, affiliate marketing, supply chain, inventory management, or data analytics is an advantage.

• Active user of marketplace and social media platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, Instagram).

• Good communication skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Experience in student organizations, internships, voluntary projects, or using an Order Management System (OMS) is a plus.
