Sales B2B Nasional

  1. Terbiasa melakukan Canvassing, door to door B2B, B2G

  2. Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan cabang termasuk new sales, renewal, pertumbuhan portfolio, menjaga terminasi dan nettgain

  3. Menguasai area penjualan yang menjadi tanggung jawab serta memahami segmen pasar yang digarap

  4. Memahami dan menyusun sales forecast dan mengelola sales pipeline secara rutin untuk mendukung pencapaian target.

  5. Mampu menganalisa tren pasar, kompetitor, dan kebutuhan konsumen untuk mendukung strategi penjualan yang efektif.

  6. Memberikan laporan penjualan secara rutin kepada Leader melalui sistem ERP, Sales Apps


Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan min. D3 dari semua jurusan

  2. Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 – 3 tahun sebagai Sales B2B, door to door

  3. Familiar dalam bisnis facility services lebih disukai (hygiene / cleaning / pest control, atau serupa)

  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang sangat baik

  5. Target-oriented, memiliki motivasi tinggi, serta terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI.

  6. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

  7. Bersedia bekerja secara mobile dan sim aktif (A & C)
